Affliction Clothing is an American clothing manufacturer based in Signal Hill, California.[2] It is owned by Affliction Inc. who also used to run an MMA promotion, Affliction Entertainment Affliction was launched in August 2005.[1] It is co-owned by Tom Atencio, Todd Beard, Eric Foss, and Clifton Chason[1][3] and originated as a spin-out from Foss and Chason's Digital Ink Creative Services.[4][5] On November 14, 2008, Todd Beard resigned after Kim Couture, Randy Couture's wife, filed for a restraining order against him in a Clark County court.
